What happens the moment I subscribe?
Your allowance resets straight away, so you get the full month of transcripts and audio minutes from day one.
What if I cancel?
You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops back to Free.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you don't lose what you've paid for.
What if I hit my limit?
